Im the same way, i think its because youre bending down more which means you dont have as far up for your legs to go... Im horrible at explaining? things but i know what you mean. I think its easier on larger objects because you can use more force to get over

no u just need to get ur hands as close to the other side of what ur vaulting over but dont put your hands? over the other end of the object unless the object is thin like a bench or something
